This recipe is really easy and takes the Brussels sprouts and roasts them to perfection.
- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt or, Himalayan Salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil or, melted ghee
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Prep the Brussels sprouts by washing them, cutting off the brown ends, and pulling off any yellow leaves.
- Mix them in the bowl with the olive oil/ghee, salt and seasonings.
- Pour them on a sheet pan and roast for 30-40 minutes. They are done when they are crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
- It helps to shake the pan every once and awhile to make sure that they brown evenly.
- You can add more salt and seasonings if you would like. Many times I will add balsamic vinegar to the roasted Brussels sprouts.
