In this book club, Dr. Meaghan Kirschling and Dr. Ronnie Kirschling discuss the third part of The Wahls Protocol: How I Beat Progressive MS Using Paleo Principles and Functional Medicine by Dr. Terry Wahls, MD. In this section, we talk about going beyond food to achieve optimal health and wellness.
Both of us found this to be a comprehensive book on functional medicine. This last book club in this series is a great overview of te book. We discuss more in length on this podcast the other components of optimal health and wellness including exercise, supplementing, and alternative medicine.
